New Blog – Sunny’s Journal

I would like to announce a new blog of mine which will highlight messages from Sundeelia and myself (as a fractal/fragment of Sundeelia). I have noticed that these messages and articles are not getting too much attention. There may be some of my readers who wish to re-read them and perhaps study them for information pertinent to their own awakening process.

For now I have left comments on with most of the posts on this new blog. If I am inundated with trolls and rude comments, I will shut down comments.

The blog will detail for those who are interested in how it feels to be a walk-in here to your planet during this rather intense transitional period of the planet’s evolution.

I am sure that some of what I write will challenge those readers who still cling to old belief systems. Challenge is to assist change. It is always YOUR choice whether or not to adapt and change or to remain as you are. I do not demand you to change nor do demand you believe everything I write or say. Free will choice is always honored by me and other Pleiadians. Learn to listen to what your body says about whatever you read, listen to, or see… it is a way to learn discernment, i.e., what resonates with you as you are in the NOW.

I wish you all well.

P.S. For those readers who followed The Starseed Highway, that blog has been taken down.

Suffering versus Essence

Suffering versus Essence by A. H. Almass

“Suffering always arises when you are out of contact with Essence [True Self/God/the Divine Self] or seeking something other than Essence. If you value anything—husbands, wives, children, girlfriends, parents, jobs, money, sports, cars, anything at all—over what is true in you, there is suffering.

Automatically, that movement outwards (seeking satisfaction from external reality) wounds you. It is a wound to your heart. It is not that the factors of our external lives or our human desires are antithetical to our Work. Like everything else, they can be respected and understood for what they are. But if they come before Essence, there will be suffering, pain, frustration, and anger.

Most people don’t understand this. They think they can achieve contentment, love, and happiness by getting this or that. They want the right kind of body, the right kind of lover, the right house. When you see what you can experience in the realm of Essence, you see that these things are peanuts.

Absolutely nothing. It’s a degradation of human life to prefer these things over what is possible for Essence. When you align yourself with the truth, then beauty, majesty, nobility, fullness, pleasure, joy, and love are all available to you. The more you see your essence, the more you see that what you wanted before was nothing.

When you get deeper and deeper into your essence, you enter into the universal levels of essential reality where the beauty, fulfillment, and possibility are beyond human imagination. There is no way for the mind to grasp it. As you actualize your Personal Essence, you can bring that fullness into your life. Then everything in your life— your work, your job, your relationship with your lover, children, friends—can become filled with Essence rather than substituting for Essence.

The point is to realize Essence in your life; that’s why we’re here. We’re not here to suffer. We’re not here just to work or raise children. We’re here to completely fulfill our potential. We are here to learn what it’s like to be really human. It is very rare to know what it’s like to be a complete, mature human being.”

Sundeelia: Walk-ins, Body Consciousness and the Last Battle of the Star Wars

Sundeelia: Walk-ins, Body Consciousness and the Last Battle of the Great Star Wars

A subject that seldom arises when discussing the process of walking in is the effect of the consciousness of the body.  Few people think about the biological fact that each cell within their physical vehicle is intelligent and aware.  The cells are often more awake than the heavily programmed and conditioned human consciousness, which in most people, is still a form of being unconscious and unaware.  People who are asleep react as they have been programmed.  They react within a limited range, seemingly unable to step outside the box into which they have willingly placed themselves upon birth or have been forcibly placed into through abusive practices by others.

It is different being a fully conscious and awake walk-in, entering a physical vessel that was once occupied by the soul essence of a beloved elder sister.  Already…

Eliza and Higher Self: Endings and Beginnings

There is much beauty in our physical world here on this water planet. Do you know just how rare are water planets? Few exist; all are considered unique and sacred.

Yesterday, I spent some time watching old movies about Francesco and Clara of Assisi. I began to realize what I had missed in this lifetime; the love held within the communities in which each of us lived. I was abbess of a small convent and the men of Francesco’s order spent much time on the road or assisting the sick and poor. We lived a life of complete poverty and lived it in complete joy.

It is not necessary to divest yourself of all your material goods to live a life of joy, but it is necessary to hold these things lightly, as they are merely in your care for now. Material items…

Eliza: The Prince of Lost Causes and other Adventures

At home, I am a princess or its equivalent. Here, at least for the last two thousand years, most of my prominent lifetimes have been as a male. Why? Simply because society was dominated by men, powerful men.

Ever wonder why the English crown the oldest male in line for the throne of the United Kingdom, the Prince of Wales? Because of the LAST real Prince of Wales, Prince Llewellyn, who very nearly succeeded in uniting the contentious tribes and princely states of the tiny land called Wales. He was acknowledged as “Prince” by Henry III, but cast down by his son and successor, the young warrior king, Edward I, who became known later to history as “The Hammer of the Scots.”

Like the Romans before them, the new conquerors of Albion, the Normans, wanted it all. They wanted to rule from the…

Eliza: On Being Real

Being real means living with integrity, listening to YOUR inner voice, not that of some designated “teacher”.

True, sometimes we need mentors and guidance, but in the end, you need to be able to break away from blind obedience to ANYONE outside your Self and follow your own path, your own Heart.

On Facebook, I noticed that a woman was “uncomfortable” with my rendition of life on the Royal Teton Ranch. I lived there for two years. I was a faithful chela (which means “slave” or “student”) during this time. However, there came a time when I had to release the hold that the Teachings had upon my consciousness. It was not good for me to continue obeying what was coming from outside my Self and was not resonating with my understanding of spirituality.

I realize that some of what I share rankles those who may…
