Venus conjuncts Jupiter today as we reach an Aquarius New Moon (11:05 AM PST 23° Aquarius) that begins to open the doors to expansive cooperation, collaboration and communication. The challenge is to explore the remarkably freeing atmosphere without seeking to restrict the freedom that others are beginning to experience. There are, in fact, distractions galore — most of the erratic and unpredictable qualities of Aquarius are on full display today. Nonetheless, this atmosphere encourages the free sharing of ideas and insights and seems to have the effect of slowly bringing together these insights into a cooperative framework that can be satisfying on a broad scale. The Moon is void-of-course following the New Moon, probably leading to an especially erratic and unpredictable day that does little to display the magnificent potential that is developing beneath the surface.
