Anxiety arises not of the Heart and Soul, but rather of the Mind.
The number one task the Mind has always assigned itself is survivability. In this task, the Mind has sought to exert full control over Life. The Mind is coming to understand, though, what little control we have over the force of Life. This simple realization causes the Mind to confront its most profound fear.
Many are realizing they don’t have the level of control once assumed, leading to anxiety.
Rather than existing in anxiety, let us understand, we have never had the control over Life we led ourselves to believe we had.
Let us now come to understand our anxiety, not as a signal, of our loss of assumed control, but rather as a means of expressing how dear we value this Life and Living. Anxiety can be seen as an expression of our reverence for Life…
