With everything shifting lately in all of our lives in many ways, it feels good to offer this video and guided meditation I created to help centre through everything you might encounter and breathe through dissonant situations!
This video is a digestion of some pieces that have recently rumbled through in my own process in an effort to offer some of the important things I have been learning about navigating non-resonant situations and being a bridge for others yet having good boundaries and self-care too. It’s as much of an art form as it sounds like and the way you choose to navigate this for yourself will depend on your own parts and Metasoul aspects and what you are walking out personally.
