Nature Walks – Green Cay
Despite not sleeping well last night, I got myself dressed and out the door on another hot and humid Florida morning. The temperatures are noticeably warmer than last year. By most afternoons, it’s in the mid-90’s, with variable humidity. We’ve had a lot more thunderstorms, too.
I wandered over to Green Cay, one of the nearby wetland preserve for a walkabout and photo session. Here are some more photos:
Birds were doing bird things, grooming, fishing, and caring for their young. I love being able to observe these wonderful creatures at such close quarters.
Summer is here. The heat is on, but there is always Hope:
Much love to all,
