Just because you are a certain age doesn’t mean you are higher than others in spiritual growth. The two are unrelated. In your human brain you equate aging with increased wisdom. In most cases this is true, however; wisdom & spiritual growth are not necessarily interrelated.
We don’t mean to confuse you but to have you understand as many do now that a spiritually mature individual can be one who is very, very young in chronological age (not as common but possible). It may also be one who is physically or intellectually challenged. One who is in the lap of luxury (usually for a minute & then move on to serve others; think Buddha, St. Francis of Assisi); or very, very poor (homeless in America, street person in India for example).
