You sometimes find yourselves looking at your past, and in the process of looking at your past, you remember things. But you remember those things from your present moment perspective.
From your present moment perspective, you might feel much different about your past than you did while you were living it. And that has everything to do with the overall vibration that you were holding back then versus your overall vibration in the present moment. This can cause you to feel guilt, shame, regret, sadness, and anger around situations, events, and circumstances that you didn’t feel any negative emotion around at the time.
