As our global awakening intensifies, and as our awareness of all kinds of truths increases, it is only natural that any energy that feels threatened by that or has fear around that, also increases. We always see this on a personal level whenever we are ready to jump into a new level in any aspect of our lives. Our inner doubts, fears and any remaining remnants of old patterns flare up in response to our decisions to commit to new actions and pathways.

I don’t k now about you but I have found these past several months to have been such a challenge, both mentally and physically, through the energies bombarding us. I never tend to fare well in the dark, winter months anyway so lately it’s a double whammy. It has been my intention to write a post for months now but, unfortunately, I have not had the energy or focus for it.

I am a spokesperson for those aboard the starship Athabantian. We are pleased to visit with you this morning. As we have previously communicated, when you are able to hold a 5th Dimension vibration you are indeed one with the collective of which are we.

The tide has turned for so many of you, as you have one by one relinquished those shackles holding you firmly fastened to the old you. And, as you can see for yourself, as soon as you let go of this viselike grip it had on you, it is as if your feet barely touches the ground. You become filled with so much light, it is as if you are almost levitating from the sheer lightness of BEing.

It was exactly a year ago that I received this wonderful message from Bast.  Bast has always been a prominent guide for me, since childhood, and I'm getting some promptings that I need to make myself ready to start getting messages from her again, which I am to pass along to all of you.  Since this is a crazy-busy week for me, with my move back up to the Northeast, I thought it would be the perfect time to repost more of my favorite messages from my old blog.
